General Information
Funding was secured through the Longford Sports Partnership and the Sport Ireland dormant accounts fund to develop a Community Sports Hub in Drumlish.
Drumlish Community Sports Hub was developed in 2020/2021. Its main purpose was to increase physical activity levels, providing more opportunities to the Drumlish wider community on how to become more active.
We plan to run several activities for all age categories paying a particular focus on older people, teenagers and those with additional needs.
These activities will build strong relationships between various existing groups within Drumlish/Ballinamuck such as the GAA, Men’s Sheds and ICA.
